This is an independent meme brand and a fictional government-desktop satire. Pascal, the interface, processes, tickets and error messages are fictional. The satire targets institutional dysfunction, bureaucracy and broken promises—not French people.
This project is not a government service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the French government or any public institution. The complaint button is a local joke: it does not send a ticket to a real department.
